Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, as well as the estimated shipping time to reach its destination. Time and charges will vary based on customer's selection. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within the zip codes listed below. For orders under $75, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are typically made from 9-6 on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Zip codes to which we deliver: 

80110, 80111, 80112, 80113, 80202, 80203, 80205, 80206, 80209, 80210, 80211, 80218, 80219, 80222, 80223, 80224, 80231, 80236, 80237, 80246, 80247

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at elementalgroomingco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the shelf life of our products, we do not accept returns once opened, but we will happily offer store credit towards a future purchase if you are unsatisfied. Please get in touch! You can contact us at elementalgroomingco@gmail.com, and we will work with you towards an amenable solution.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange for credit will not be accepted.
